Membership Application Form To sign up with the club - Print and fill out this document!   Ms. Bell sanctioned us to become her official fan club onthe 30th of July 1998.  We are all thrilled (beyond belief) and honored (immensely) to be working with such a beautiful, talented actress and wonderful, down-to-earth lady.  The OCBFC focuses on Ms. Bell as, both, an actress and a lady.   NOTE: The OCBFC will officially begin business on 01 JANUARY 1999.  If you send your membership in prior, it will not begin until that time.  The mailing of the newsletters and the OCBFC Member Portfolio will be sent out on the first business day of the new year.  All memberships sent prior to Jan 99 will be listed as having began on 01 Jan 99 and expire one year from that date.   You will recieve an OCBFC Member Portfolio within six to ten weeks of receipt of your application.   For more information please visit the official information update.
